  • Day of Services (up to 8 hours)

  • 2 Coordinators

  • Event itinerary coordination & execution

  • Decor setup/tear down

  • Vendor confirmation, greeting, and management

  • Preparation meeting & final meeting

  • Dinner rehearsal (1 hour )

  • Communication via email/phone/text (starting 3 months prior to event)

  • Communication via email/phone/text (starting immediately)

  • Decor available for free
